C.R.E.D.O. Points
System and Rules

There are three age classes for C.R.E.D.O.
- 10-11-12 year olds, 13-14-15 year olds, and 16-17-18 year olds.
Each is divided into a light and heavy division:

Three prizes will be awarded: total
light team points, total heavy team points, and overall school points.
Individual certificates will be awarded for most reps and most weight per class,
and for overall light and heavy divisions.
Equipment: lifting belt, shorts and a loose shirt or loose singlet. Only school
names, lifter's name or C.R.E.D.O. allowed on clothing.

Bench Press Touch-n-go. Hold at arm's length first. Hit to chest not stomach and come right up again to arm's length. Feet stay flat. Butt stays flat. Head stays flat. |
Deadlift Pull-n-go. Pull to upright position. Lower to floor and hit, and raise to full upright position again. Last rep is upright position.

Further Rules:
All lifters must be on time for all lift's as directed by coaches. 2nd&3rd lift's must be given on time. No changes of lifts as diretctd by the rules of C.R.E.D.O.
Rules and allowed equipment for lifters. No cussing, no rap or heavy metal music.
No droping weights or bar unnessicarly.
No disresptecting of other lifters.
All objections of lifts or etc, by your coach only.
No smelling salts or spraying water, no talcum powder, however chalk is allowed.
Coaches meetings in before meetings as well as lifters briefing.
Lifting equipment allowed are as follows: lifting belt only, all other loose gear allowed is socks, shorts, loose t-shirts. Weigh-ins will be 24 hours before the meet.
No enhancing drugs or drinks will be tolerated.
Natural protiens and vitiamins will be allowed.

Raw is as follows: 1standardrized bench with safety hooks above head on bench.
1 squat bar, 1 bench bar, 1 d.l. bar 1 pair olympic collar, 1 monolift squat
rack, chalk holder, d.l.bar raiser, 1 bottle of bleach, 1 wire brush, score
sheet cards, flight sheets, individual weigh-in cards, release forms, sanction
forms, total score sheets, application forms and meet directions.
